"I have been with this State farm agent for several years and have spoken with many agents including but not limited to Mariola and Carlos and each one of them have dropped the ball on me. Every time I call this office I always get a run around and told we will call or text you back. And almost every time I have to be the one to call back to get one thing accomplished. I had policies added to my account without my knowledge that took months to be removed. Had to call several times to have it canceled and when asked how it was added I was told it was accidental cause my account was open when someone called them. How is this possible if that person needs my information to confirm these changes. How about earlier this week when I wanted to add an additional car policy to my account. Called 2 separate occasions and spoke to the same person who said he would text me instructions. Still haven't received the text message and won't be holding my breath for it. I finally drew the line and switched my agent to my new home but not before being told "we can still service you at our office down here". Felt like a slap to the face since I've been trying to get service from you for a while now."
