"I've been with this agency for a little over 2 years since they gave me a good discount on auto and homeowners insurance. Until late 2024 I found better rates for homeowners so I canceled it with them then they removed the auto discounts so I canceled them too. I just figured they're not the cheapest for the same coverage holding off on all other factors. Now they stopped replying to my emails about cancelling the flood insurance because they're no longer making money from my last active policy with them."
